A deep connection to landscape
helps us unlock its potential

Our Studio

Rupert Muldoon Studio is an agile multidisciplinary team with a deep and intuitive connection to landscapes. We immerse ourselves in each project, finding the distinct narrative of each place to unlock its true potential.

Our sensitivity resonates throughout our work– allowing us to create dynamic landscapes of both poetry and pragmatism that deliver the maximum possible green value.

An artist of landscape,
a gardener on canvas.

Rupert trained at The Bartlett School of Architecture and the Slade School of Fine Art, and by combining the analytical knowledge of a landscape architect and the practical hands of a gardener, Rupert Muldoon is truly immersed within his surroundings.

His emotional connection to subjects is expressed through painting, particularly in his unique egg tempera method on large-scale panels. His recent water paintings reflect abstract responses to walks by the river, capturing changing light and shadows.

Recognised as a contemporary artist to watch, his works are featured in the Maggie’s Centre art collection.
